Black Cat Bones – Barbed Wire Sandwich UK DECCA NOVA
Brittish heavy blooz-boom and blues-rock as its best. Formed by Paul Kossoff and Simon Kirke, who jumped out of BCB to form Free, and Rod Price from Foghat(lead guitar), Stuart Brooks (bs) from Pretty Things, Phil Lenoir(dms), Brian Short (voc) and Derek Brooks (gtr) how went on to Leaf Hounds later on replaced the duo. Kicks hard with “Chauffer”, a very Otis Rush All Your Love style, Arthur ‘BigBoy’ Crudup’s “Death Valley Blues” and a jazzier ballad “Feelin’ Good” which were also recorded by John Coltrane.

Very rare and sought after psych-blooz-boom item and on the collectable Decca NOVA series. Original 1st pressing.
Conditons:
Cover : VG+ / slight rubbing on back, slight creasing on edges and corners on front and some songs are ticked with a pen on back.
Disc: EX / otherwise perfect, has only a completely silent hair thin scratch on one side that can only be seen under a strong source of light. Plays perfect! M-

M- : A nearly perfect record/sleeve and the highest grade I use.
EX : Almost perfect as new, with some minor flaws
VG+: Record/Sleeve show some sign of having been played/handled, but still in great condition.
VG : Record/Sleeve has seen better days, however still in representable condition, all be with some surface noise and wear on cover. Items in lesser than VG condition will not be offered for sale, nor will I accept them in my personal collection.
