is on the Danish BASF RECA RECORDS label

Strange, obscure Danish outfit from 1975 that I cannot find any info on. Has a trippy cover that is apparently a GIMMIX (EX-), but I am not going to even attempt to take it apart (see listing under POPSIKE to see for yourself). Music is all over the place: rock, AOR, proggy, psych, etc. Does anybody know the story behind it?

Record has some hairlines, so VG+(+).
The labels are clean and bright too, as new. Nary a spindle mark to be found
