STUNNING ARCHIVAL MEDIA CONDITION – 1970 US FIRST PRESSING.

(Scroll to very bottom for matrix numbers etc)

Up for sale is an absolute holy grail for heavy metal collectors: a true 1970 US first-year pressing of Black Sabbath's legendary self-titled debut album (Warner Bros. Records, WS 1871).
This copy has been meticulously preserved for over 50 years and is the definition of a time-capsule piece.
• The Vinyl (Media): Pristine archive-grade condition. Features the original, authentic 1970 Warner Bros. Olive-Green Warner-Seven Arts Center Labels. The vinyl retains its brilliant, mirror gloss and black luster. It had
been carefully handled and played only on high-end equipment.
• The Audio: True 100% pure analog 1970 Stereo mix—massive, heavy, and exactly how this record was meant to be heard.
• The Inner Sleeve: Includes the highly sought-after, original 1970 Warner Bros. "Distinguished Company" promotional inner sleeve fully intact.
• The Jacket: Housed in the original heavy cardboard sleeve. It shows only the minor, honest shelf and edge wear expected of an authentic 50+ year old sleeve, with beautifully preserved, vibrant cover artwork.
If you are an audiophile collector looking for a definitive, first-press copy of the album that started heavy metal, this is the one. You do not see them preserved like this every day.

I’ll be listing more vinyls and .45s, make sure to keep checking back for more great finds ! :)

All sales are final, no refunds due to rarity and sensitive handling to properly ship necessary of these vinyls- please ask any question , request any pictures, etc , if you’re unsure. I have dealt with a scammer in the past who tried to swap out a rare first edition press, and it wasn’t even the correct artist. Almost laughable, but I digress.
All sales final , these are very hard to find and not easily replaced so once I’ve sold it and shipped it to you, I can’t risk you deciding to listen to it and scratch it then decide you need your money back.

I only do good business and again, no refunds or exchanges of any sort, as once the vinyl leaves my possession I then can’t vouch for what happened to it whilst in your possession, and that will end up with me at a loss- thank you for understanding !

(I will bend over backwards to take any pictures you may request etc - I want you to treasure this album and have it be a great addition to your collection; please don’t be shy. I draw the line at refunds however , as do a lot of sellers nowadays I believe due to a few bad apples :(. Thanks for reading to the end!!)
