PLEASE NOTE: I know, I know, eBay doesn't have a Very Good Minus grading, but I'm going to use it anyway. This copy is in better than Good+ condition, but not as good as Very Good condition, so I'm grading it right in between as Very Good Minus(VG-). READ ON!
The Vinyl is in Very Good- condition, with typical wear from age with surface marks that will cause surface noise and pops or clicks typical with a Very Good- grading. Even with a Very Good- grading there will be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly, more noticeable during the quiet parts.
Most noteable is small surface mark at the start of Side 1 / Track 1 that is somewhat feelable and will cause a slight, yet audible click for just a few rotations. (please see pics)
The surface marks do not cause any skips, but you will hear surface noise typical with a Very Good- grading. (please see pics)
The cover is in Very Good- condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, dings, fading, scrapes, creases, crumples, staining, ring wear, etc... There are no split seams. (please see pics)
The surface marks DO NOT cause any skips,(AT LEAST ON MY TURNTABLE) but YOU WILL HEAR SURFACE NOISE AND POPS or CLICKS THROUGHOUT. Certainly, more noticeable during the quiet parts. (Please note: all turntables are different and LPs play differently on different turntables)
I'M GIVING YOU FAIR WARNING, YOU WILL HEAR SURFACE NOISE AND POPS & CLICKS TYPICAL WITH A VERY GOOD- GRADING. UNLESS YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR A VERY GOOD- COVER.
If any of these issues are a concern for you, please do not buy it.PLAY TESTED! I just played this LP and it STILL SOUNDS GREAT! But you WILL hear surface noise typical with a Very Good- grading.
Up for sale is one (1) Black Sabbath - Master Of Reality LP from 1971 on Warner Bros. Records (#BS 2562).This is a First Pressing from 1971 with the original Green Warner Bros. labels with the EMBOSSED COVER. Also has the Artisan symbol etched in the deadwax signaling a high quality mastering.
Features, of course, The Masters: Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler & Bill Ward.
Nice, fairly clean labels with spindle marks.
This cover typically doesn't age well, but this one is in Very Good- shape.Includes the original Warner Bros. Warner/Reprise Loss Leaders stock inner sleeve. It is in Good condition with typical wear from age and has a small split on all 3 sides. And there is some stains of an unknown origin. (please see pics)
The LP is now in a plain inner sleeve.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.
