This auction is for 3albums by Black Sabbath for one bid!
I always enjoyed collecting these Korean pressings over the years. Sometimes pressed on colored vinyl, spelling wasn't always great, the inside covers were often resused ones from other releases. But often you got some unique stuff doing it.
These I picked up and having hung on to them for a long time, now letting go.
Master of Reality Cover VG+ some light wear. ( note on covers-these are just about always plastic covers with fascimile artwork.) Record: Rated this one VG+, came out really clean. Played it yesterday to see what the sonics were like, and really, given how these were recorded (esp this one, a bit low fi) I don't think it sounds any better or worse than the original US Warners pressing (bought all those early albums new as they came out, and often!) I have a very nice system, and very spendy turntable, and sounds good. Is it like a new 180g remaster? No, but it's very listenable. Now for the other two-
Black Sabbath-first album- Cover VG, light wear. Record is VG, a couple of light scratches that may be lightly audible, but overall, pretty clean.
Paranoid-cover VG, some tears to the plastic and again light wear. Record is VG- Plays better than it might look (I know, played it yesterday). This one has some fun misprints. Iron Man is Lion Man; Planet Caravan is Pianet Caravan.
All records have been cleaned on my VPI machine and given new sleeves along with any original printed sleeves that came with the album.
I do combine shipping . Be sure to check out Laserdiscs this week! ALSO: Many of today's listings have pretty crappy photos. Low light, etc. I am trying to get some $$ together to get a decent digital camera because I have a lot to sell, believe me, but need better ways of doing this.
I am as strict as possible as I expect the same when I buy. That doesn’t mean I might miss something, especially when only visually grading, but I’ve been doing this since the late 70’s (obviously, selling records, not on ebay-that’s only since 1998, which is still a long time!). Any questions in advance, please do ask.
Finally, I hate to keep repeating this but PAY FOR THE ITEM when auction ends!! I have too many instances of people ignoring this and then it goes into ebay's unpaid strike policy after 48 hours. Please honor your bid ( i have more issues with ccm and cheap items it seems than anyone else). I don't need the extra stress..I am dealing with cancer, beginning stages, and I am already dealing with fatigue as an issue. SO it helps immensely when everyone pays on time so I can ship these to everyone on time and in one batch. It's a bit of a drive to the post.
