  • Record Condition: VG- (Would be Ex but for large chip on edge of record. Doesn't affect play but would need to be very brave to play from beginning track. On sale for poster and box mainly)
  • Sleeve Condition: VG 
  • Insert: Poster included in EX+ condition
  • Overall: 7.5/10 Poster 9/10
  • Notes: Box-style sleeve with both band name and album title embossed.
    Dark pink lettering instead of dark purple (see pictures for comparison).
    "WWA 008" catalog number on a sticker, stuck over the original Vertigo 6360 050 catalog number.
    Sleeve Printed and made by Howards Printers (Slough) Ltd.
    Misspelled "Sweet Leaf" as "Sweet Life" on back of cover. 

    (According to Discogs) Transitional copy, released in 1973 when Black Sabbath moved on to WWA-records. 
    This very early WWA issues came in the latest Vertigo spaceship-labeled box style cover with a pink lettering and the misspelled "Sweet Life", rather than the dark purple lettering on the box sleeve.


Mint (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
