DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Paranoid. 1st Uk pressing with 1Y2/2Y1 matrix, big swirl labels, No big bear credit and plain white inner.. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 011 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): F/F. Vinyl is clean but with a lot of surface lines, brushing lines and some feelable scratches. Its been heavily played and not looked after. Played in its entirety on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. It is playable but definatley not one for the audiophile. It has intrusive crackle, some skips and ticks/clicks throughout. Some of the louder, fuller tracks sound okay but this is definatley in collection filler territory. This cover was graded VG when I bought it. It was not VG. It is firm and square and has moderate edgewear, cornerwear and light to moderate creasing/rubbing. It has 2 large areas of print tear to bottom of front of sleeve that have been blacked in hence low grade. Clean interior of gatefold. Clean Vertigo swirl labels. Plain white inner. No writing, stickers or sticker tears. Anyway, it is what it is, a (just) playable copy of a 1st UK press sabbath swirl. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
