Description: This is scarce Japanese original PROMO copy of Black Sabbath’s single, comin' with rare PS. The push-out-center is still on the label. Though the label of ordinary Japanese copy of this single is blue, the label of disc is red with “SAMPLE” letter printed in Japanese. It's very hard to find Japanese promotional copy of this item in any condition even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G/EX ( Cover / Disc )
PS: PS is creased in places on the surface of each side, with a tiny tear on the top-rim. It’s stained with brown spots over the surface of back ( See photo ). Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, strip & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a light scratch on Side B ( not audible ) and a slight one on Side A ( not audible, too ). There’re a few spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff & hairline, which is to be rated as “EX”. Flaw is only one on the groove of each side.
COMPANY SLEEVE: VG, being creased with ring-crease on each side.
