Black Sabbath, Paranoid (single) 45 RPM record EXTREMELY RARE

This is the 45 RPM single for the title track of Black Sabbath’s most popular album. It also includes two tracks from Sabbath’s first (self-titled) LP. Evil Woman Don’t You Play Your Games with Me is a cover song that was only released on the British print of their first record. Wicked World is one of the standard tracks that appeared on the US and import copies of their first album.

This is an original print item, produced by Vertigo (item #6276003). This disk has three tracks, whereas the other versions out there have just two. It is truly one-of-a-kind. I’ve never seen another in all my life. You can search eBay or record stores for years and never find one like this.

The disk and sleeve are in very good condition. I paid $45 for this extremely rare item back in the mid 90s but downsizing my living space forces me to sacrifice some of my most cherished possessions. The record and sleeve have always been kept in a protective plastic jacket and the disk has only been played once (to copy to cassette) since I’ve owned it. If you like I can create a CD copy of the music so that you can listen to it without damaging the record by playing it. I have a USB record player that does a very good job of reproducing the great vinyl sound into a digital file.

The release date of this record is not on the sleeve. It would have been around 1970, which is the recorded release date for the all of the other Paranoid singles I’ve seen.
