Description

Black Sabbath

Paranoid ( swirl / vertigo )

cat no. 6360 011

You are invited to bid for this brilliant 1970 LP by the legendary Sabbath

Using the record collectors grading guide( listed below ), I would say the record is in the following condition

OUTER SLEEVE : Very Good - minimal scuffing on one edge, two creases on the spine and one crease on the back otherwise in VG condition for year.

INNER SLEEVE - Good - fair bit of creasing and a rip ( shown in photo ).a bit grubby - due to age

RECORD : Excellent - side a has one very minor surface mark. side b has one small scratch , however both sides play faultlessly

I play all my records in full before putting them up for sale ( except any 'mint'  obviously ) to ensure they play as expected. If for some reason a record doesn't play fully or correctly, I'll be honest and say so. I'm a collector of vinyl myself and I don't like to be short changed by anyone, so I certainly won't do it to anyone else.

ALL ITEMS SENT OUT FIRST CLASS AND IN SECURE PACKAGING. PLEASE NOTE, POSTAGE COSTS ARE APPLICABLE FOR THIS ITEM    P + P WILL COST £2.25 ON TOP OF AUCTION COST  -this is the actual cost of P+P and i make no profit on this

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ( AT YOUR COST ), BUT ONLY IF THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED AND IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN BOUGHT. I TRY TO BE AS ACCURATE AND AS HONEST AS POSSIBLE, BUT I AM HUMAN AND OCCASIONALLY MISTAKES DO HAPPEN, SO IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PROBLEMS ETC, THEN PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AND I WILL DO MY BEST TO HELP

I do accept personal cheques, but please be aware that funds will have to clear before I post any item

The Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or Un-played should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
