Condition;

The Record looks to be in around Excellent Plus / Near Mint Minus Condition.  
Nice & glossy. High sheen original condition. No major marks but a few lighter mainly  'paper' marks.
Paper labels are excellent and show no spindle marks but some fingerprints. Little played & well looked after.

Picture Sleeve is in around Excellent Plus Condition
Some very minor wear from storage. Spine fully legible.
