Blind Faith; Self-Titled; White Label DJ Promo in Mono Beyond Rare

Hello, I am a long-time eBay seller - since October, 1999.  I have a 100% feedback record, so bid and buy with confidence.  I have collected records for many years and every record I offer comes from my personal collection.  The grade I specify for the vinyl is based upon a playback as well as a visual inspection.  The grade I assign for the cover and inserts (if any) is based upon a close visual inspection.  My grading standards are conservative - I believe that it does no one any good to inflate the grade of the record only to have the buyer be disappointed upon receipt and wish to return it.  I offer a full, no-questions-asked return policy on every record I sell except in very rare circumstances.  In those rare cases, I clearly state the condition of the record and explain why I cannot accept a return on it.
For sale today is a fantastic copy of Blind Faith's one and only album (self-titled as Blind Faith), released in 1969.  What makes this version of the record very, very special is it is a white label promo issued in the Mono (!) format for radio station play.  A mono version of this album was never released commercially.  It goes without saying that it is an extremely rare and desirable collectible!
As to condition, I grade the vinyl visually as VG++ (or Excellent), just a notch below Near Mint.  The grooves are clear and sharp, and the vinyl has a beautiful shine to it.  The only issue is some wispy lines and a mark or two.  Most importantly, it plays Near Mint!  Sounds awesome.  As a bonus, the vinyl itself is very heavy, almost like the 180 or 200 gram specially mastered re-issues produced many years later.
The outer cover, conservatively graded, is VG+.  All corners are firm and sharp, all seams intact.  Having said that, I do note that the top seam has a very small area where the fragile outer cover laminate has frayed, but it is still fully intact and not split (you can see the small frayed laminate on the front cover photo at the very top of the album between the "D" and "F" in the words Blind Faith). No other issues other than normal wear and tear incurred during its 50+ year life.
Interestingly, the back cover has two original red stamps placed there by the radio station which received the album back in 1969.  What I love is that one of the stamps clearly shows the date the station received the album - "August 22, 1969" (see photo). Very, very cool!  The original "dj copy monaural" orange sticker is fully intact and firmly affixed to the front cover (see photo). 
The white promo labels are Near Mint.  Clean with little to no spindle marks (I cannot see any).
The album comes with its original inner sleeve, which I grade as Mint.  
I note that I have stored the vinyl in a separate archival inner sleeve, which is then stored in a plain white outer cover (see photo).  This best protects both the vinyl, the original outer cover, and the original inner sleeve from wear and tear.
In checking recent sales, I see that a far lesser copy sold on eBay for $500+ in September of this year.  I am pricing my copy higher to reflect its superior condition to the one that sold most recently.  I am willing to consider reasonable offers, but I do not intend to accept offers that ask for a major price reduction.  This album is simply too rare and in too good of a condition.
Finally, I intend to send this album via priority USPS mail - I find this best protects it during the shipping process.
