Description: Here's a original 1960's LP by the great blues and gospel guitarist and vocalist, Reverend Gary Davis, whose unique style of fingerpicking influenced many of today's musicians BLIND GARY DAVIS: HARLEM STREET SINGER--Prestige/Bluesville 1015, in very clean condition, with the original vinyl, recorded by Rudy Van Gelder with the signature RVG embossing in the deadwax. 

Cuts include: SIDE ONE: Samson and Delilah-Let Us Get Together Right Down Here - I Belong To The Band - Pure Religion - Great Chance Since I Been Born - Death Don't Have No Mercy ; SIDE TWO: Twelve Gates To The City - Goin' To Sit Down On The Banks Of The River - Tryin' To Get Home - Lo, I Be With You Always - I Am The Light Of This World - Lord, I Feel Like Just Goin'

Condition: Vinyl shows only the lightest handling wear, a very few superficial smudges in oblique light-very clean overall; Jacket shows a slight wear in bottom corner, and slight smudging of the white note side and a couple of lines of marker on upper back corner, over former owner's name. (see Photos) Otherwise edges and covers are very clean, essentially excellent condition. Using Ebay’s Suggested LP Grading Scale  --Overall vinyl (we try to be conservative in our grading) VG+; Jacket VG+.
