Greetings and welcome to everyone who dares to enter yet another of my ebay listings! All are welcome here! Bidders, lookers, stalkers, punks, metalheads, you name it, if you made it here, you are welcome to stay as long as you want. Until the listing closes, then it's like after last call, ebay will tell ya, time to move on.
Let's see, last night, I went on a 7inch singles binge. Wowzers, I got 5 of them listed last night? That's right, I didn't have much else to do, my baseball team was in the process of going 0-for-10 against a team in our division, and we are not as bad as everyone thought we would be. We are so much worse. It would be nice if we had an owner who actually gave a rat's fat a, er, rodent's obese derriere about the team, but until then, the O's cap basically stands for how many wins we get. O well....
This time up, I have a 1981 release by the UK band Blitzkrieg. Apparently there were a few bands going by this moniker. Popular name, the band, maybe notsomuch. This is on the Neat records label, # NEAT 10. The vinyl is in E+ condition - my grading, not the G*ldmine gradings you will see on every Tom, Dick, and Harry volume-based record dealer on ebay. Yeah, i'm calling all you yay-hoos out. All you goobers who use the template-based listings. The ones in which if you printed the listing page out, it would be 6 pages of "we adhere to the G*ldmine grading, and here is our version of it"-as if there's a difference? Way to muck it up bozos. 6 pages of gradings, shipping policies, where we send, we are so freaking enormous"....yawn, kinda stuff. And how much do they actually say about the records they list? About 10 words, max. And yet, people buy from them, paying huge prices for huge overhead. Well, if people want to waste $$ that way, I won't stop them.
This 45 is in E+ condition, the cover is holding up well also. Being a cardboard cover helps. It gets my E+ as well. The 45 itself? Well, some people would call it metal, some may consider it punk. To be quite honest, it's nothing to write home about. I know these guys probably headlined a few shows in their collective lives, but those had to be small shows. I doubt this Blitzkrieg ever was the headliner at any major festival. They aren't bad, the guitars are rather ripping, if not flashy. The fun part about this 45 is the lead singer. Brian Ross - whoever he is/was- has a very interesting voice. He shifts gears in mid-song. No kidding, one moment he's just like Ozzy, and a second later, sonovagun, he's King Diamond. Dude has the automatic transmission voice. Just think, if you are the high bidder-at the opening bid, you will be able to check it out for yourself-for cheap!
In case anyone's wondering, here is my scale for grading. M - Mint. Reserved for still factory sealed. N- Near Mint, opened, no marks whatsoever. E+, no marks other than a smudge that i'm too lazy to clean. E, a light mark or 2, probably won't affect play. (why "probably"? Because everyone claims their hearing is better than the next persons'.) E-, marks or wear that will cause a little audible affectation. V+, wear that will cause some distortion of some type. V, V-, P, well, you get the picture.
If you doubt my words about this 45, there's one way you can prove me wrong....but you have to bid to find out!

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON-U.S. BIDDERS!!!!
All items I sell will be sent with a copy of the sale form, printed up from eBay. I will not "mark item as a gift", just so you can evade import rules. The people at my post office know me, and they will check overseas packages for inspection. If you cannot comply with that, please do not bid.
Also, international bidders, the price listed for postage on my listings are for domestic mailing. I wish I could send overseas for that price, but reality speaks different. I place a fair price on all international postage. Watch for the invoice if you win.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All items that are sent to a U.S. address will have delivery confirmation (at my cost) attached, as I have found that it helps...a lot!....to ensure that packages are truly en route to the customer. This is for both of our sakes. I will be using USPS "Media Mail" as my primary shipping method, however, if needed, and for an extra charge, I can ship with "Priority Mail", and if i can get away with it for the price, I really like 1st Class, but that's weight-dependent.
Oh yes, if you are the winning bidder, and you are in the Commonwealth of Virginia, I'm afraid you are going to have to fork over the 5% Virginia State Sales Tax.
Paypal is my preferred method of payment, if you need another way, please contact me before bidding. Or, if you have any other questions about this listing, or any of my listings, please feel free to contact me. I will answer any & all questions as quickly and concisely as possible.
By the way, I encourage dialog here! Ebay gives sellers the chance to show Questions and Responses in listings. I want to know your thoughts on all this. I try and give you folks something to read...come on, what's eatin' you? Your name won't be known to anyone but me, and I am not ratting you out! Let me know! Feedback is always good, so far anyways, but what's really on your mind! Let'er rip!
Okay, kiddies, here is some of what the early version of Metal/Punk crossover meant, before you were born! Do you dare give this one a shot?
Wow....99cents....that's risky, dude!
