I do not have a lot of experience in record grading, but:
Vinyl on both albums looks great, appears to have very little to no handling. Maybe un-played, both with inner sleeves.
Cover in really good condition with very little rubbing and a small bump at heel...no splits.
Roy and Shelley were dear friends of my parents, and gave copies of all the AWR albums to them, and we also owned most of the original cover art for the AWR albums. I have a few signed albums and additional copies that aren't listed yet, email if interested.
