Description
This is a RARE Half-Speed Mastered pressing of the great album "Child is Father to the Man," by Blood, Sweat & Tears (with Al Kooper). This is an equally RARE Half-Speed Recording that sounds better than any pressings I've heard before. This being one of my all-time favorite albums, I've heard quite a few pressings, beginning with the first release in 1968. The sound quality of the Half-Speed recording is just amazing. Musically and sonically, this is a spectacular LP from start to finish.
I also own the more recent "Sundazed" 180 gram remaster and have compared pressings. The Sundazed edition sounds great indeed but this Half-Speed disc blows it away! Pure, dynamic sound. It doesn't get much better. _______________________________________________________________________________
Includes original inner sleeve and "MasterSound Series" insert (see photos). I will also provide a new, clear poly outer sleeve.
