OXFAM CHARITY AUCTION

You are bidding for an LP by

Blossom Toes

entitled

We Are Ever So Clean

Produced on the Marmalade label in the UK in 1967

This is a 33 1/3 RPM Mono recording with the serial no. 607001

One of the classic 1960s pyschedelic recordings.  (Somehow I'd never heard this before and it seemed to me like a cross between Sid Barrett and the Temperance Seven - it's great stuff.)

I would rate the vinyl as very good/very good + : it clearly has been played and is showing signs of wear and there are visual marks and scratches.  But, I've played it through on my own unsophisticated turntable and I can't hear any notable jumps or clicks.  It seems to play through okay to my inexpert hearing.

I would rate the cover as excellent/excellent minus: slightly darkened with age, you can see the shape of the record on the cover and the line of the internal join/folddown at the top centre of the rear, very minor edgewear.

Overall it looks to me in pretty good shape considering its age.

I intend to post this for UK bidders in a proper LP vinyl mailer with two stiffeners and send via Royal Mail special delivery next day which is trackable and offers compensation up to 500 pounds sterling.  Alternatively the item is available for pickup from our shop in Wantage, thereby saving you the postage.  Overseas bidders, please contact me before bidding to find out delivery and postage costs.
