Blue Cheer's second album was originally released in August 1968 and was a mix of live or outdoor sessions and studio tracks recorded in various places in New York City earlier in the year. It was the last album to feature the original line up as Leigh Stephens quit soon after its release. The cover was designed and drawn by their manager Allen 'Gut' Turk.

This original issue with the gatefold sleeve, with the 1Y//1 2Y//1 matrices and earliest 1-8 1-7 stampers of the very first presses.
  The front laminated gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some edge scuffing & corner wear, with a couple of small laminate creases and some light laminate rubbing, but there are two small tears along the edge of the rear cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the plain company inner is intact, discoloured & in VG+ condition.
  The record is in visually EX+ condition, with no scratches or nasty marks & only one or two faint sleeve removal hairlines visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of one or two very faint spindle markings on each side.   The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some very brief, low background noise during the run in grooves. Overall, a really great, loud & clear listen!  

The matrix nos. are; 852120, 1Y//1 stamper 1-8, 2Y//1 stamper 1-7. This is one of early copies of the first pressing of the original UK stereo issue of this classic 1968 album!
