Blue Cheer "Vincebus Eruptum"
This is an original US vinyl pressing on Philips 600-264 from 1968. This was their first and best album. It opened the door for heavy metal/acid rock. Their hit single "Summertime Blues" was the loudest song on the radio. The band is Leigh Stephens, Dick Peterson, and Paul Whaley. It was produced by Abe "Voco" Kesh. The cover artwork by Gut is unique. The background is textured silver on silver. The lettering is raised with purple highlights.
Overall Condition is : Cover is M- / Record is M-
The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint. There are a couple light handling marks. The cover is near mint with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits. The textured cover is in amazing condition. No wear at all. There is tiny wear on the bottom right corner. There are 2 tiny pin holes at top left corner. The labels are clean with light spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.
The songs are : Summertime Blues, Rock Me Baby, Doctor Please, Out Of Focus, Parchment Farm, and Second Time Around.

I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. One sheet is 3/4 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard. The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) It will weigh 19 ounces ( 1 pound, 3 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal with a tracking number. Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International. I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will remove the record from the cover and place them in a plastic bag. I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM.) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. There are no handling charges. This record is from a no smoking and no pets home.
