Despite what the back cover says, the record plays real stereo
The record looks and plays M-. No scuffs and no scratches. Grooves do not show wear or damage and look unplayed or nearly so.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover looks nice with little or no wear. There is a small corner cut at the pocket. The back cover has light wear and hint of ring wear. No split seams. Bottom seam has about 1 inch of moderate wear at the pocket. Tiny spots of wear at the corners and tiny dent at top of spine. Spine is intact and readable. Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.

My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
