This record comes out of my own personal collection and has been played and stored away for many years. 

And for grading purposes since I have not played this record in years, it is visually graded under a strong light, and please note if a record sounded bad to me back than I would discard it.

I would grade the condition of the vinyl as:

Side 1 - NEAR MINT-VERY GOOD++ - Some very light abrasions.   

Side 2 - NEAR MINT-VERY GOOD++ - Some very light abrasions.  

I would grade the cover as VERY GOOD++ to NEAR MINT with the following noted. Price sticker back top right, tiny nick bottom from center. 

Please note during the mid 1960's into the 1990's I collected Jazz, sold and traded 45's and LP's under the name Empire Records in Goldmine paper which I ran set sales, auctions and put out my own set sale catalogs.
