Description
Blue Note 5030 (mono), "New Faces, New Sounds" from 1954. Lou Donaldson, alto sax; Clifford Brown, trumpet; Elmo Hope, piano; Percy Heath, bass; Philly Joe Jones, drums. Original 10" microgroove vinyl play-grades at close to NM; there are a few isolated ticks here and there, but this LP is in really excellent condition overall. Laminated jacket has some seam wear on the bottom edge but very little wear on thr top or spine; jacket back is basically clean but age-colored, with some loss of the slick on the right (see scan); there is a bit of underlining in pen on the liner notes (3 lines total).
