Blue Note Records BST 84109 (stereo) (made in USA)  - Herbie Hancock - Takin' Off LP released in 1962. This is an original first pressing from 1962. "Van Gelder" and the "ear" are stamped in the dead wax. The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc New York USA". The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23". 

The condition of the record is near mint, no scratches, no scuffs. The laminated cover is in excellent VG++ condition, no seam or spine splits, no writing or holes. Includes custom Blue Note label paper inner sleeve.
