Item Description:
Blue Note Records BLP 1593 (mono) (made in USA) - Lou Donaldson - Blues Walk LP. This is an original 1958 pressing, the address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc - 47 West 63rd-NYC". "RVG" and the "ear" are stamped in the dead wax on both sides of the record. There is a deep groove under the labels on both sides of the record. The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records, Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23".
Personnel: Lou Donaldson, alto sax; Herman Foster, piano; "Peck" Morrison, bass; Ray Barretto, conga. Dave Bailey, drums.
The condition of the record is VG+, there are a few light scratches. The laminated cover is in excellent VG+ condition, no seam or spine splits; no writing or holes. There is some old tape residue on the back cover (see scan).
