US test pressing  made in 1962  and sent to the UK  as an advance test pressing prior to 1964.  It is housed in a UK sleeve  with a flipback cover and laminated.  (printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.)
It has a gold label. Side one 62022 lA 1    side two 62022 lB 1

Signed by Bob Dylan.  I purchased this record from the daughter of a Dylan collector who assured me that her late father had it signed by Dylan.  Signature is fluid in a gold colored felt tip pen; check the pictures please
