Here’s an opportunity to own a Dylan collectable that is truly rare: it’s the infamous 20 Album box set that carries at least three different monikers: History, Euro Box or the ultra perplexing Untitled . This amazing set was made in Germany, it’s housed in an exceptionally nice thick black box with a white square on the cover emblazoned with what appears to be a remarkable facsimile of Dylan’s autograph. Even more impressive is the fact that this 20 Album set is on white vinyl . But the clincher for any hardcore Dylan fan is the fact that this box set was limited to 300 copies . Chances are you’ve heard about it, chances are you’ve seen it on eBay a few times and chances are you really want this item. It also comes with a booklet on which the producers of this set didn’t spend much money developing (but that’s okay considering how cool the box itself is, not to mention that stunning white vinyl ). The set was purchased from the very reliable Craig Morer’s Records By Mail (no, I’m not a paid sponsor; I just wanted to reference the shop due to it’s reliability) and it was rated Near Mint. I’ll enclose the original sales receipt with this when you buy it (minus my personal info natch). The set also includes two black and white Xeroxed inserts (why I’m not sure). One is of Dylan in his Rolling Thunder uniform and the other is an oddity with the words Bob Dylan Goes Fishin’ In Modena. On each album are labels printed with the name of each show. It’s a very nice presentation. Check out the photos so you know what you are getting. I can’t say the box is in perfect condition but it’s exactly how it arrived on my doorstep. And there you have it! It’s a huge, expansive piece of Dylan history not to be missed. I never made it all the way through the entire set, playing only the first nine albums. Why am I selling this ultra rare item? I’ve order the forthcoming 14 Bob Dylan Japanese Mini LPs and I’ve got to sell this so I can pay for the impending Dylan Japanese pressings. Otherwise, I would definitely hang onto this rather exclusive box set.

The Fine Print:

I only accept money orders or cashier checks.

This sale is only for residents of the US. The box is very heavy and shipping to Canada and overseas would be considerable in terms of cost. This is a non-negotiable point so let me repeat it again: US residents are the only people whose bids I will accept.

Upon winning the item I expect you to send me an e-mail within three days of winning. Why? I want to have the set prepackaged and ready to be mailed out to you the very day you win. In the e-mail I would appreciate your name and mailing address.

I expect payment to arrive in my hands within ten days of the close of the auction. Do not bid and then tell me you have to wait until you get paid in two weeks to send me the money. If you cannot afford to buy this when you bid on it then do not bid. It is not fair to other bidders who could pay immediately for the item.

If you fail to send me payment within ten days, I will cancel your bid and turn the set over to the second highest bidder. I will do this: just ask the guy who gave me my only negative feedback. It seems he was upset when I canceled his bid after waiting almost two months for my money.

Shipping and handling will be based on your zip code. I've calculated the possible cost based on my zip code and the size of box I am mailing it in. (I live in a 62521 zone and the box is almost 11 pounds.) I will send the item with a delivery confirmation. Upon mailing the item to you I will send you a follow-up e-mail letting you know when I mailed the set and what the tracking number is. (I am quite reasonable in terms of postage. I know first hand the frustration of surprise shipping costs that are too high and which keep me from bidding on an item I really want.)
