A genuine and original Q1 1967 <STEREO> copy of ASOBD. Just a couple of years after 1st release this copy comes as the record companies are trying to get the general public to fully switch over to STEREO. Look at the rear <STEREO> in red! [ha!]. Matrix A2/B1. A lovely heavy mid-sixties copy - the original high quality they should always have been made like! Note CBS are just in the process of changing the label design. The original large "33" format is being discontinued - and they're switching over to thirty three and a third. The vinyl comes housed in a pristine original '67 cover. Note it is still printed on solid card with flipbacks exposed. Red <STEREO> logo on rear top flipback. We also have a professional high quality inner sleeve to transport in. 
Vinyl (Ex+) Wowzer - someone's been real careful with this one. It looks close on mint - archive quality. The thing with Dyaln is - you do often find these copies that look really good. But then you play them! - and you soon come crashing back down to earth! But I'm pleased to report this copy LOOKS great and PLAYS AMAZING. And this is a pretty hard find on Dylan from the mid-sixties. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of very superficial marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback WITHOUT RESERVATION. Now, lets just qualify that grading. Any 60's copy that grades at Ex+ is quite unusual. But to find Dylan playing at Ex+ [consistently] from the 60's is extremely unusual. Intros and inbetweens are beautifully quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. I have never heard ANOTHER SIDE sound better than this copy can deliver. Remember - we're just two years from the ORIGINAL MASTER! It's a beautiful player - throughout...and completely. Expect nothing more than a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. It's an absolute belter and would be hard to match - period. FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) And if the vinyl wasn't impressive enough - then the cover comes into view! Just incredible... This is probably the fussiest DYLAN cover from the sixties. It was designed with a  white back and front with only front lamination. Consequently - hardly ANY copy will EVER get close on an Ex+. A lovely clean and flat looking front with just one tiny thumbnail at the opening. It is TOTALLY white. So, the photos are 100% Believable. The rear seem to have totally escaped the ageing process - it is practically faultless. Flipbacks are all intact and secure. FOUR pointy corners. I have never seen a copy [particularly this title] looking this good. The spine is 100% intact - with just slight evidence of ageing. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
