Bob Dylan - Another side of Bob Dylan

1st Pressing - Mono

Amazing 1-A1, 1-B1 Matrix with A and B mother stampers!!!! Rare!!

Original issue from November 1964.

The label is textured CBS with centre boxed logo, and 33 instead of 33 1/3 near the bottom left corner of the logo Blossom Music credit & P1964 date.

The stamped Matrices in the run off are 62429 1A-1 & 1B-1. The Mother stampers are A and B.

Sleeve Condition: Ex - The sleeve is in great condition, there are no rips or tears. The record is just showing usual signs of being a 50 year old record, with some slight discolouration but look at the pictures it is immaculate for its age. The spine is in great condition with no real signs of age. There is a name of its owner written on the back (see pictures) but all in all it is unusual to come across a copy of this pressing of this album in such great condition.

Vinyl Condition: Ex - The vinyl is in amazing condition. Upon very close inspection there are a few surface marks/scuffs but none that affect play. Thanks to the solid [and correct] pressing techniques of the time these small blemishes are predominately cosmetic in nature & give the piece the correct feel without detracting from the amazing sonics of a 1964 Mono press.

You can clearly tell the record has been played as you can see some spindle marks on the labels but apart from these, the labels are in impeccable condition.

All our records are shipped in professional mailers with strengtheners.

Our records are graded against the Record Collector Magazine's guide:

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
