Description

For Sale is a vinyl copy of the long-deleted original UK 1963 Vinyl L. P. "DICK FARINA & RICK VON SCHMIDT with ETHAN SINGER & occasionally BLIND BOY GRUNT" recorded at Dobell's Jazz Shop in London (which, funnily enough, is where I bought it!) in 1963 and released on FOLKLORE RECORDS F-LEUT/7, featuring BOB DYLAN as Blind Boy Grunt on the tracks "Overseas Stomp", "Glory, Glory", Xmas Island" and "London Waltz".

The record is in genuine Near-Mint condition, as I have never played it! Both cover and record are pristine.

I can post to most international destinations - please ask for overseas postage. I have estimated the cost but I will happily provide a real cost based on destination.

I only post in proper cardboard mailers with stiffeners. Please check my Feedback and bid with confidence.

I use the Record Collector grading system as follows:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
