Description
One of the earliest Bootlegs created, in its first edition
GWW 1000 miles behind came out in 1970, months after the worlds very first bootleg was created. And whats best is no one has ever been able to tie this release down to any particular company, so its a real mystery.
Its best features are...
1)As stated by bobsboots.com ...... "a very early and hard to find piece from 1970" and valued at 150 dollars
2) This was the first release of this issue, as can be seen by the stamp. This has matrix number 111
3) The music here is of great selection. Ranging from 1962 right through till 1969
.
Tracks are....
Side one:
Who killed Davy Moore?
Moonshine blues
Allen Stone Interview
Please, Mrs. Henry
Million dollar bash
Yea! Heavy and a bottle of bread
Allen Stone Interview
Car car
Side two:
Ballad of Donald White
Man on the street
He was a friend of mine
Song to Woody
One too many mornings
.
.
This comes straight from a private collection barely played and treated with utmost care. The record is in very good condition and does not show many signs of wear. The cover is also in great condition although due to the white cover marks show up easily and there is some edge wear
This is a very valuable item that I am sure will attract the interest of serious collectors so I am confident that it will realise a realistic price without the need for a reserve
I am starting this auction at ONE PENNY. This is absolutely no reflection on the value of the record, i just believe this is in the true spirit of ebay and gives everyone a chance to grab a bargain
