"Highway 61 Revisited"  (1965)  360 SOUND STEREO label, alternate take of "From a Buick 6"

The very rare 1st pressing of Bob Dylan's sixth LP which mistakenly was pressed with the wrong take of the song "From a Buick 6."  This alternate version starts with a long harmonica note instead of a guitar.  It has the 1st pressing labels with "360 SOUND STEREO" at the bottom of their labels in WHITE and NONBREAKABLE under the catalog number.  This one has -1B and -1E matrix numbers.

Cover  VG+

No writing or seam splits, but there is some light discoloration and rub-wear.  This is the variation that reads "-tho meaningless as it is-" on the back.

Vinyl   VG-

There are many surface marks on both sides and a few scratches.  I don't see any deep gouges.  Not a perfect copy, but this is such a rare and desirable record, it is very likely to increase in value as most of these have already been purchased and added to permanent collections.  Comes in a plastic-lined inner sleeve.

Domestic Postage - $4 for Media Mail (with delivery confirmation) for LPs, $1 for each additional LP.  $3 for 1st class (with delivery confirmation) for 45s, $.50 for each additional 45 (or to ship each 45 with an LP).  Insurance and Priority Mail shipping are available by request.

International Postage - Varies by location.  Insurance and Priority Mail shipping are available by request.  Multiple purchases will be shipped together at cost.  I pack well, so I cannot be held responsible if the postal service damages an uninsured item.  Due to some bad experiences last year, I can only ship to Italy or Russia using Registered Mail.  If you are from one of these countries and need a shipping quote, please email me before bidding.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.


Payment

Payment is expected within a week of winning the auction via PayPal.


Grading

All grading is done visually.  If you need me to play-test a specific track, please email me.  I try to grade conservatively in the hopes that what you receive will meet (or hopefully exceed) your expectations.  I use the following grades:

NM, EX, VG, G.  A + (plus) after the grade signifies slightly better condition than the grade and a - (minus) signifies slightly worse condition than the grade.  I try to include a more detailed description after the grades, so please be sure to read that section carefully to get a better idea of the condition of the item.


Returns

I try to be very thorough in my descriptions, but if you find a record to not be as described, I will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.  Please contact me first and let me know the reason for the return.  Refunds given only on the cost of the item, not on shipping charges.
