This item is a very rare promotional only picture sleeve and promotional 45 r.p.m. by Bob Dylan entitled 'Subterranean Homesick Blues'. Disc record and label is Columbia 4-43242. This rare promo only picture sleeve was sent to DJ'S in 1965. B side of promo 45 is 'She Belongs To Me'. This picture sleeve is unique in that back side of picture sleeve also has pictures of John Lennon and George Harrison stating 'Beatles Say - Dylan Shows The Way'. Picture sleeve is in very good condition with flaws being a small tear in Dylan's hair, Very small tears along the top of sleeve, ring wear, rubber stamped name and address on the front of sleeve and a crease in the lower right corner of sleeve. All seams are intact. The rarity of this sleeve makes up for it's condition! Promo 45 itself is also in very good condition with flaws being light scratches on vinyl and rubber stamped name, address, and radio call letters on the white labels.
