Description

"The Basement Tapes" was Dylan's 16th album and his second with The Band. It was released in June of 1975 by Columbia Records. Songs recorded before and bootlegged were finally released some eight years later on this album. Eight of the numbers were by The Band without Dylan. The album was critically acclaimed upon its release. The album cover and the records are in great condition. The cover has a few bumps on the edges and some fading but other than that has surpassed the test of time. This is a double album, gatefold. Columbia. C2 33682.
