This is a cool old record in very good shape. I am not a guru of Vinyl, though I certainly LOVE to listen to it. As I have listened through the album, it's real good and clean to my turntable. SOME PLAY NOTES ARE: Side (1) had no major pops to speak of, just light snap crackle is all I noticed at casual listen. Side (2) Good overall with note: "Spanish Boots" track 2 had a few pops that happened at one point in the song for a few seconds (a few pops) and then ceased. Track 3 heard one pop of real notice, just one.
This record looks to be in real good shape, vinyl and cover. I think this to be an early one. That space between label and tracks called dead space (maybe called matrix) has a prefix number followed by 1F on side one and 1G on side two. This is a "2 eye" MONO release in Guaranteed High Fidelity. Label number CL-2105. Cover and record in nice physical condition. COVER NOTES: There are some pencil marking where owner had marked songs to learn I think, and also the "minor 3/4 strum" notation out to side of "North Country Blues". (seen in photo 3) This does have lyrics, oh boy! Lyrics on the back of the album, AND a lyric sheet size of cover or thereabouts with lyrics on both sides. Can't have that much print with that size type on a CD, without LOTS of pages booklet! I got this with a batch of records, some other Dylan, some other Folk, from an estate. MANY are Vanguard recording of Newport Folk Festival. One cool set from 1963 has Joan Biaz and Bob Dylan as first 2 performers on record.
