Bob Marley & The Wailers RASTAMAN VIBRATION UHQR Edition SEALED & MINT!!! Analogue Productions 1LP 33 1/3 Clarity Vinyl. If you blinked you missed this one. One of my all-time favorite LPs (in any genre), I was SHOCKED at how much better this edition is compared to FOUR other copies/pressings I already own. And seeing how much sellers are currently asking for this on eBay, I would suggest this might be your LAST chance to get this out of print collectible at a fair market price!
PS - The recently issued UHQR edition of Exodus is EVERY bit as jaw dropping. And AP's ongoing Steely Dan series is an absolute dream come true. As were their reissues of Hendrix's "Are You Experienced?" and "Axis: Bold As Love." Yes, they are expensive, but if AP produces a UHQR edition of one of your all-time favorite albums, I would venture to say these sets are absolutely worth the 3 to 4 times the current cost of an audiophile-quality album (especially if you factor in the likelihood these titles will only appreciate in value). Just my two cents, and a shout out to Acoustic Sounds and Analogue Productions, who are killing it with selection and quality.
ABOUT SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Please note there is a $5 fee included in Ebay's estimate of Media Mail shipping costs. I believe the best way to way to ship an LP includes a 13"x14"x3" "pizza" style box, 12"x12" cardboard flats, outer shopping bag, and bubble wrap. The shipping boxes alone cost me over $3 each, and the average total cost of shipping materials is around $4.72, so this is NOT a money-maker for me. However, it does ensure, consistently, that these high value LPs arrive safely. Please check my feedback and I think you'll see that buyers appreciate the care with which these precious artifacts are handled.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I am more than happy to combine shipping. Ebay buyers will only pay the actual postage costs. If I am shipping two LPs together, I will also refund one of the $5 handling fees. If I am shipping three LPs together, I'll waive all the handling fees, so the buyer pays for POSTAGE only on purchases of three or more LPs.
About Me: I'm a long time Ebay buyer intent on selling a significant portion of my LP collection over the next year or two (or three!). I believe in the auction process, so I'm NOT going to list records at absurdly high prices, and I look forward to getting rare, out of print records into the hands of music lovers, record collectors and audiophiles (I consider myself all of the above).
