Description

Bobby Timmons "Sweet and Soulful Sounds" 1962 Riverside RLP 422 mono promo.  Original issue, deep groove, but a harder to find white-label promotional copy.  Lovely, tasty jazz piano from a meteor in that world, who played with the Jazz Messengers and Cannonball Adderley before he died at age 38.  Sleeve is nice when viewed straight on, with only very light scuff on front and back (see photos), modest damage on the edges, still a Very Good plus (VG+) sleeve.  Vinyl is super clean visually, with some light crackle on the A side that mostly stays tucked under the music; the B side is much better, overall a strong Very Good plus (VG+) record.  Just cleaned with a VPI wet-vac system.  I'll pay the shipping via USPS Media Mail.
