Description

On sale is this Onkelz LP Der nette Mann which I purchased on a street market back in ~1992 for 1$!!!. I was actually looking for 80´s stuff and discovered this record and one by a band called Mortal Combat which is also on sale here at ebay.

Please let me explain one thing: I bought these records back then in the hope of selling it at a little profit. I was an 80´s collector and do not want to be misunderstood just because I am selling an Onkelz LP. Whatever political opinion they might have or had is none of my business. I do not want to be brought in conjunction with rightwing politics.

Since I live in England I completely forgot about these records and only now I have seen the prices they achive here at ebay. I have done a little research about whether this record is original or not and I can say that this must be an original. According to this webpage:

fake copies can be distinguished from originals as the writing "Der Nette Mann" is only 8mm away from the edge and originals have a distance of about 12-15mm. I have tried to scan a ruler on the record. I hope the scans will come out well.

Please note: The photograph of the record together with sleeve and poster is not taken by me. I have borrowed it from an earlier auction (apologies to the seller). In the next few days I will try to take proper pictures of my record. I will then replace them. The other pictures are scans which are from my (original) record.
