FEATURING MARC BOLAN & DAVID BOWIE

Dib Cochran & The Earwigs was a pseudonym for a band comprising Marc Bolan, David Bowie (on sax), Rick Wakeman, Mickey Finn and Tony Visconti. The single came and went completely unnoticed on release in August 1970.

This rare original 1970 UK copy is on the black Bell label BLL 1121
The labels carry a 'Factory sample NOT FOR SALE' sticker on the 'A' side label.
Housed in its original generic red Bell Records advertising sleeve (VG).

This copy has clearly not been played more than a few times. I am told just once by the original owner on receipt, and once by me for grading purposes. There are no spindle marks to the centre hole.
Some very fine wispy hairlines are visible under intense direct light which were probably caused by long-term storage in the original paper sleeve rather than through handling or play. There are NO visible scuffs or scratches.
I would have graded it 'Near Mint' but the disc has a very slight edgewarp (about 1mm). It was probably there from new and is hardly visible. It does not affect the sound or play in any way.
