Exclusive info:

- Extremely rare 45 featuring THEODIS EALEY before he formed "Theodis Ealey Band" later in the 70s. The Bond St. Express was formed in the late 1960s when Theodis Ealey moved to the Bay Area for several years. The band primarily performed in Oakland/Berkeley areas. "This is my life" was later repressed and the band changed to "Theodis Ealey Band" on the record, also the B-side track "Ralph's Late" was removed and replaced by another track. This 45 is the only recording of the B-side "Ralph's Late" which in my opinion is just as good as "This is my life."

- This album also credits RON JOHNSON. There was a Ron Johnson from the bay area in the early 1980s that produced for the funk/boogie band QUEST which released a couple extremely rare 12"s worth $400+. Cannot confirm 100% if it's the same Ron Johnson but they are both from the bay area making funk music around the same era.  A Ron Johnson also produced a rare 45 for the band Showcase featuring the tracks She's a Freak and Call on Me that has sold for $500+ a couple times. Can't confirm if they are the same Ron Johnson as very little info is available
