Condition:   

• Cover: VG+VG (Bit of surface wear on front. Surface wear with crease and dirt on back from record. Inside back cover also has crease from record)   
• Vinyl: VG++VG++   
• Labels: VG+VG+ (Side One has a very tiny tear on bottom of label. Side Two has a bit of bubbling, which came like this. 
• Book: VG+ (Pages are still crisp. Last page has small round crease in middle from record)

Considering the age of the set, it is still in great condition.
