Booker Ervin ~ The Book Cooks LP ~ Very Rare 1961 Mono 1st Pressing ~ Bethlehem BCP 6048 ~ NM-. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail to US customers only.
The vinyl is beautiful on this rare 1961 mono first pressing. I see two small marks that are in about the first 1/4 of song 1 on side two. I played the LP on my Technics turntable and I could hear slight popping. The rest of the LP is amazing so a NM- grade. This LP came to us with a very old outer plastic sleeve - I'm not sure if that's original to the LP or not. The jacket shows minimal corner wear. The top seam has a 2 1/2" split and the bottom a 1 1/2" and the cover has some scratches - but the cover still has a very nice shine.
