Visual grading : record is EX+ full lustre has only a couple of very light marks on side A. Rest is clean and flawless Playing grading : record is EX+ plays very well with minimal occasional background noise Cover grading : folder cover is Good has evident water damage and stains both on bottom front, bottom back and bottom inner parts. Also a couple of small tears in the right inner and on top right corner on back. Anyway no seam splits and spine is clean with all the titles readable (see pic)
