This item Is a lot of five 1980's New Wave albums by The Boomtown Rats (promo LP), Romeo Void , Pete Shelley, Timbuk 3 and Modern English. All the records themselves are in excellent condition. Record covers are also in excellent condition except for the Pete Shelley record cover that is in very good condition (see photos). Records are:

THE BOOMTOWN RATS:

'the fine art of Surfacing' - (Columbia Records JC 36248 - White label promo LP - Promo stamp on the back of the cover - Original song lyric paper inner sleeve is included) 

ROMEO VOID:

'itsacondition' - (415 Records A-0004 - Record labels have some slight spindle wear)

PETE SHELLEY:

'Homosapien' - (Island Records ILPS 9676 - Made in the United Kingdom - Record cover has some creases)

TIMBUK 3:

'Greetings From' - (I.R.S. Records 5739 - Original I.R.S. Records inner sleeve is included - Song lyric insert sheet is included but has some wear - Promo stamp on the back of the cover)

MODERN ENGLISH:

'Ricochet Days' - (Sire Records 1-25066 - Original photo paper inner sleeve is included)
