Description
Bowie 1967 US Deram PROMO COPY - ULTRA RARE! Vinyl almost MINT condition.
This is the US stereo version of Bowie's first ever album.
Gloss cover bleeds slightly onto the back on the spine side.
This US edition of the album omits two tracks that are on the UK version: We Are Hungry Men and Maids of Bond Street.
It sold only in small quantities, so the unsold ones had a hole punched through the sleeve to indicate it was pulled / withdrawn. Not applicable here as this was a DJ’s advance copy – as stamped on the reverse side – and comes with the original insert.
The sleeve is heavy card and the front and back faces look immaculate - especially for their age (55 years old!). The spine has some wear / deterioration as shown in the pic. The record itself is almost mint! Any white flecks shown on the photos are just small dust particles. There are no scratches. ZAL7656 / ZAL7657 stamped on the runout grooves.
Ultra rare. You won't find another!
1p start. NO MINIMUM BID! Postage includes signed-for and insured.
