Brahms Double Concerto Oistrakh UK Columbia SAX 2264
David Oistrakh and Pierre Fournier with the Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Alceo Galliera performs the Brahms "Double Concerto", and the "Academic" Overture. An English stereo pressing on the Columbia Label (SAX 2264), the labels are blue/green with silver radio waves and border and a note logo. The record is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover has rubbed a little.
