Description
This is the special edition of Brand New’s Science Fiction on vinyl that was released through their website. It is supposedly limited to 5000 copies, but I don’t think that was ever confirmed.
According to the band’s label: "Brand New’s Limited Vinyl has special packaging. Scuffs, dents and indentations are expected. Every item is unique.” And that is the case here; as you can see in the pictures it’s in pretty good shape, but please don’t expect a pristine outer sleeve; the corners of the packaging are all slightly bunched up and one has a very small tear. The cover also has a very small tear. The packaging itself is still sealed, so the insides should be in good condition unless they shipped damaged, which may be possible due to the unprotective, paper sleeve this album has.
All of the copies of this were supposed to include the following, but there have many reports of people receiving 2 slip mats but no Pogolith zine and/or no dried flowers, along with other content fluctuations:
- Pogolith 002 zine
- Dried flowers
- Various artwork and posters
- Turntable slip mat
So, the above materials should be included along with the album, but they might not be. As this is still sealed, I can’t confirm either way.
