Description

Brass Buttons - Ultra Rare 1960s Garage Test Pressing LP Rochester NY (Rascals Gene Cornish). This may be the only copy of this that ever existed. If there were others I would guess less than 10. It comes in a plan white jacket as it never had a cover. The Brass buttons never released a commercial LP, only 45s. They had a  45 record "My Song" which made the local charts and some national play. Record is pretty rough. Probably from a dj back in the day. It has surface marks through both sides. Both sides play through fine. There is hiss through out. Sound gets better the deeper into the tracks you play. Ultra Sonic Recording studios IV 5-5066. The label information is from a typewriter. Both sides are marked as "Ruff mixes". Songs are: If you think you are groovy, Times we'll change, La La song, Hell will take care of her, I can't stand it, Nickel in my pocket, Always something there to remind me, Baby what you want me to do, and How can I be sure. Most of this is more edgy and garage than their 45. Great record. A must have for any serious garage collector. This pretty much of a one of a kind record so Please email with any questions. Take a look at my other listings.
