Disc: Near MINT. Plays crisp and pristine.
Record is part of my personal collection. Well taken cared of. Stored in temperature controlled area. Stored upright at all times.
Sleeve: EX+. Really in pristine condition, sharp corners, intact spine, with starting super tiny split on top spine. Other wise very close to NM sleeve with cut out original hype sticker included!

Returns are generally not allowed. But only allowed for special circumstances. If the merchandise is SEALED, it has to still be sealed upon return. It needs to be returned in same packaging and same condition as when it was received.
Take note, buyer pays for return shipping.
Unsealed returned packages or damaged packaged upon return will have to take 50% restocking fee as it is an inventory that can only be sold at a lesser price.
