To be on the safe side, I would describe the condition as very good , with no scratches or fingerprints that I can see on the record itself, just the inevitable specks of dust.  There is some very minor wear on the sleeve.

I took very  good care of record collection (I transferred most to tape and played those instead). None of them were played heavily and all played perfectly last time I played them, which in most cases was over 30 years ago.
