One old Brunswidk record player in wooden case (sound box is missing), has approx 27 old vintage records of various title.

We Do:- Accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and US Currency (please DO NOT mail currency)
- Require payment within 10 days of the auction's close, or the item/vehicle/lot will be re-listed
- Help you make shipping arrangements upon request
- Allow in-person payment & pick up of items located at the Salem Property Distribution Center (open weekdays, excluding holidays, from 1-4pm )
- Strongly encourage prospective bidders to personally inspect this item/lot before bidding
The State of Oregon cannot accept Paypal
We Don't:- Send an email after the auction has ended telling you what to do - all the information you need is provided herein
- Make "Second Chance" Offers ...(if you get one, it's a scam and the email you receive should be forwarded to spoof@eBay.com
- Make any claims regarding this item/lot's fitness for any use or purpose
- Accept personal or business/company checks, Foreign Currency or Barter in any way
- Have additional information about the item/lot advertised in this auction listing. If you want to know more about it, you'll need to personally inspect the item at its present location.
- Store your stuff. If you pay for something and do not remove it within 2 weeks of the auction's close, we reserve the right to keep your money and re-sell the item\lot to someone else. UNLESS YOU RECEIVE PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER FOR AN EXTENSION. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT OREGON SURPLUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR STAFF HAVE THE LATITUDE TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

- Oregon Surplus Property assumes absolutely no responsibility or liability for the untimely delivery of payments by any public or private carrier (including the U.S. Postal Service).

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified.

The purchase will show up on the statement as “Department of Administrative Services”.

Orders are generally filled within two business days.

All items offered by the Oregon State Agency for Surplus Property are “AS-IS” with no warranties or guaranties expressed or implied.

All sales are final.
Credit Card Payments by phone:
- The Oregon State Agency for Surplus Property processes Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard) internally, call (503) 378-6776 and follow the instructions to leave a secure payment message.
- The State of Oregon cannot accept credit card payments over the Internet at this time, but we're working on it
Removal:
- Purchasers shall be permitted to remove property from Oregon's Property Distribution Center (PDC) in Salem during weekdays, excluding holidays, from 1-4pm unless you receive prior written authorization from The Property Custodian. Items WILL NOT BE RELEASED from the Salem PDC before 1pm or after 4pm (weekdays, excluding holidays) without prior written approval.
- Should the Purchaser elect to have another person or entity pick up the property, a letter of authorization must be furnished to the satisfaction of the Property Custodian before any item is released from Oregon's Property Distribution Center.
- All industrial type equipment used by successful bidders on Government property to load, unload, tow, repair, modify, etc., must meet Occupational, Safety, and Health Administration Standards.
By bidding on this item you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed above and linked to from this document. Please DO NOT BID until you have read, understood and agree to these terms. Assumptions can be costly with respect to government-run property auctions.
